Welcome! This guide will walk you through the process of downloading and installing FarmFact accounting software to get you up and running quickly.

  1. Select Your Version
    You can start with a 60-day trial of FarmFact’s full professional mode to explore all its features. If you decide to purchase, you’ll have the option to choose between the professional and light versions. You can view pricing by clicking the link at the top of this page.
  2. Download Process
    • Click the Start Download button to begin.
    • If prompted, select “Open” to run the download file. FarmFact will verify your operating system and confirm it has all necessary components enabled.

  3. Antivirus Compatibility
    FarmFact is compatible with most antivirus programs, including Windows Defender. If you use advanced antivirus settings, please check that FarmFact is allowed to avoid interruptions during installation.
  4. Running the Installer
    After download, double-click the FarmFact installer. You may be prompted to confirm that you trust FarmFact as a verified publisher—simply click “Yes” to proceed.
    For those needing offline installation, you can copy the download file to a memory stick and transfer it to another computer if needed.

    Once installed, you’ll see the FarmFact icon on your desktop. Launch the program, and you’ll be welcomed with a sample account to explore. For your own accounting, create a new client profile.

    Inside FarmFact, access a library of video tutorials and training manuals covering various topics, so you can start using all features confidently.
  7. Purchasing & Registering
